can anyone please tell me why when I try to download something for eg. a story board layout then script is all symbols and shapes. what shall i do?

I think this is a local 'network' problem with Adobe Reader and where you are working from.... I will check from home over the weekend, perhaps you could try from an other computer.... if it persists let me know and we will have a go at re-uploadin the storyboard or we could email you a copy.

thanks Markr. the problem still persists on my pc but i managed to print off what i needed at work.
